APCA Member News June 2001 American Personal Chef Association |
Your Thoughts Responses so far have been very encouraging, and we would like to thank those of you who gave us your thoughts. Some of the highlights are below (unfortunately, there isn't enough room for all of them). The quest is still on for suggestions for a new name for the newsletter. We we will close it off at the end of this month so we hope to hear LOTS of great suggestions. Don't forget to send us your thoughts, suggestions, constructive criticisms and whatnot here . - Editor this is a great forum to communicate to the members! I'm so happy to receive it. The member profile is super--make sure to always include a picture, its great to put a face with an email name now (Meredith is not at all what I pictured!) Keep up the good work--great first issue and looking forward to getting one monthly :) - Bonnie, APCA member chef Absolutely loved the surprise of our new Newsletter. Kudos [...again] to Candy and APCA! - Di, APCA member chef My hat's off to all of you who were involved in the birth of this newsletter. It is wonderful. I especially thought that Ann Hayward's article was a great way to set people straight about the concept that Personal Chefs work only for the rich. Keep up the good work guys. I can't wait to read the next newsletter. - Marsha, APCA member chef Just read the First Edition--loved it! I especially like the features on the members. It's always nice to put a face with a name--Meredith "Whisk for Hire". I especially like the format and the length of the segments. I don't have time to read lengthy stories but don't like to miss anything. This was an easy, informative read. - Melanie, APCA member chef Candy - SUPER JOB ON THE NEWSLETTER! - Jim, APCA member chef Chef Editors: Outstanding job. Very well presented, no gliches to bring it up on screen, etc. Loved the recipe. Am VERY EXCITED about the health benefits - Cathy, APCA member chef |
