In The Media Anne Hayward  -  Columbus, Ohio American Personal Chef Association Member Anne Hayward, owner/operator of Premier Concierge was featured in the Columbus Dispatch Food Section on May 9, 2001. Along with a great article on her service and quotes from the APCA's Candy Wallace, the article also featured two recipes that appear in the APCA's recipe collection (the companion to the PC-101 training manual).
