Membership Swells But Services Get Easier, Faster

In recent months, what has normally been a strong steady increase in membership has turned into an explosion of new members into the personal chef industry.

Your Association has taken steps to make sure that all members, new and established, will be able to take advantage of their member benefits on a timely basis.

To that end, the APCA has enlisted the services of Chef Laura to act as the APCA Member Services contact. Although busy as a successful personal chef, Chef Laura has stepped up to the plate to become the primary point of contact for all members who are looking for the following services:

                          • email alias setup or changes
                          • weblink page setup or changes
                          • access to members forums
                          • obtain renewal information
                          • APCA electronic files (including recipes) support
                          • make changes to your membership record including
                            name, business name, address, email and website changes
                            telephone and fax numbers, and any other information
                            that enables us to reach you

At this point, all requests for the above services should go directly to Chef Laura as she has the direct ability to handle most of your needs. Any services requiring handling at the main APCA office will be prioritized in favor of those requests received via Chef Laura.
