Welcome All APCA Members! Welcome to the inaugural edition of the APCA News. Recently there have been an increasing number of requests from the membership for just such a publication, so here it is. Our goal is to reach all the members with timely news about the activities of the association and members, including new programs, member profiles, featured recipes, resource listings and opinions. We hope that feature articles will also be a regular aspect of this electronic magazine. Because not all of our busy, successful chefs are able to check the forums on a regular basis, we will be emailing the "headlines" out to every APCA member on a regular basis (currently once a month) and allowing them to come to the website to review the current edition by following the links. This is your magazine. To provide the latest and greatest content on a regular basis we ask for input from you, our members. Send us a recipe, give us your opinion, tell us what you would like to see feature articles on and share your community, media, professional or other successes with us.
