I enjoyed the class in Gaithersburg very much and wanted to let you know how much I appreciated you. This was such a positive experience and a real change of pace from the macho (stuff) the CIA and ACF serves up. After thinking about it, my only suggestion for an improvement would be to put a bit more about what to bring to the class. I ended up calling to make sure that I didn’t need to bring a jacket or a knife kit. Pretty minor stuff. I don’t know if you could tell, but I learn so much better verbally and visually than I ever do by reading, that the class really fulfilled an important need for me.
