Chef Candy,I wanted to drop you a line to let you know how incredibly helpful and informative the workshop at L’Academie de Cuisine was for me. I have been toying with the idea of becoming a personal chef for some time and after taking the class I finally feel I have the tools and the support to actually make it happen. Both you and Chef Jim were wonderful in conveying the information found in the materials, but also in sharing your personal stories and anecdotes with the class.
