To one and all,

I feel just like Polly. Saturated with ideas, thoughts, and so much new knowledge it scares me to death but at the same time it all becomes this huge adrenaline rush. All intertwinded with anticipation as to how each of us will navigate our lives as Personal Chefs. I truly look forward to staying close and following everyones career as it unfolds.

Last night at dinner a friend asked me to tell her all about the seminar. I asked her if she had a spare week and perhaps I could get through the first day. So much info in such a short amount of time—WOW—BRILLIANT. And it was imparted by such wonderful, charming, and understanding people—that would be you Candy and Dennis. So all I can say is thank you so much for all that you do, and the generosity of spirit you so graciously do it with.

Not to leave the food out because—it was perfect.
