--MAKE 1 BATCH OF MARINARA SAUCE--

4 Veal Scallops -- Pounded Until Thin

8 Slices Provolone Cheese

Fresh Spinach Leaves

8 Slices Prosciutto

Fresh Grated Parmesan to Garnish

Place cheese, spinach and Prosciutto on pounded veal scallop and roll up. Place in baking dish and cover with Marinara Sauce topped with Parmesan.

This Recipe may be Frozen

HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Cool Before Freezing

Defrost Overnight, In the Refrigerator, before heating and eating.

OVEN: Bake 30-45 minutes in 350-degree oven.

Serve with Pasta and Tossed Salad.
