I spent most of Saturday and Sunday reviewing your web site and reading through the archives. Personally, I believe this is a wonderful tool because it gives a prospective PC the opportunity to visit the archives and have most, if not all, of their questions answered. I have always loved cooking and I believe it is truly my passion. The price you charge for the course is VERY reasonable and I know within a month (if not before) I will be able to join your organization. It is good to know that you don’t have to be a professional trained chef or have a culinary degree. Moreover, while reading the responses in the archives, it became very clear that APPCAs are more like a family and are always willing to help. The information that was given to potential PCs was very endearing. Candy, you have definitely touched the pulse of the camaraderie that is needed for everyone to become successful.
